Oat Milk Recipe No Strain

Oat milk recipe no strain. Simply combine one part rolled oats and three to four parts water in a blender blend just until smooth then strain. Strain through nut milk bag. Unlike homemade nut milk oats do not need to be soaked prior to blending.
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric teaspoon ground ginger teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of black pepper plus a couple of dates or a dash of maple syrup for sweetness. Simply combine the oats with water sweetener and salt then blend. Homemade oat milk could not be easier to make.

As we ve mentioned you might want to experiment with how different strainers affect your end result. 1 1 2 cups oats soaked for at least 4 hours 1 2 cup cashews soaked sprouted 4 pitted dates. Tip the oats into a liquidiser or food processor.
Use cold chai tea instead of water to make the milk and add a dash of maple syrup or a couple of dates to sweeten. Cover with 750ml cold water and tsp fine sea salt. Separation in dairy free milk is natural.
